Community Gardens
ENV 105
By Kyle Hensel

A community garden is a plot of land where people of the public can go and garden together.  Types of plants grown there are Vegetables, Fruit, and/or Ornamentals.
The community garden in the figure above is located off Shamrock St. Macon, Ga. This is the community garden the class visited for lab. The benefits of a community garden is anyone can come and plant there and other members of the community help maintain the garden.
